Wow, time sure has flown by. I can't believe Aimy turned 6 months old on Saturday.

We didn't do anything special for Canada Day, though we did joke about driving around downtown Biscarrosse with a flag hanging out our window. We did go for a nice walk, though.

It's starting to get much busier here in town. There are a few construction sites around here too so traffic is getting a lot worse. Good thing we are "du coin" (locals) so we know a few shortcuts that can prevent us from being stuck behind idling camper vans.

The weather has been weird too. On Wednesday we had 34 degree weather and brilliant sunshine, and we woke up on Thursday to misty rain and 21 degrees... bit of a shock. But overall it hasn't felt warm enough to be summer yet, though I'm sure when temperatures climb back into the 30s we'll be wishing it was cool again.

Carlos will be done with the school year on Thursday evening, and then our summer holidays can really begin. Can't wait!
