Usually when Carlos isn't home in the morning, I bring Aimy into the bathroom with me while I get ready in the morning. I have been bringing her in with me since she was very small, so she is used to the routine and knows what it means when I turn on the shower and will even wave goodbye when I go in and get excited when I turn the water off. Aimy also loves to try out all of my things - whenever I get out my brush, for example, she immediately wants me to pass it to her, and she'll try to use it to brush her hair. She even loves getting her teeth brushed and will point at her toothbrush if I show it to her.
The other day when I wanted to wash my face, I decided to put on a headband to keep the hair out of my eyes. Well, little miss immediately started squirming around and waving her hands in the air and 'asking' for my headband, so I got her one of her own and put it on her head. The smile she gave me in return was beautiful. I managed to snap a few pictures of her before she pulled it off (though the moment she figured out what she had done, she held it out for me to put it back on her head... what a funny girl.)
